Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not currently offer international shipping. We are focused on serving customers within the United Kingdom.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed the next working day.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Delivery Charges
Shipping prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Hezorian is not currently registered for VAT; no VAT is added to shipping charges.
Failed Delivery
If delivery is attempted and no one is home, Royal Mail will leave a card and hold the item at the local sorting office. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Missing or Late Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hezorian@outlook.com. We will investigate with the carrier and keep you informed. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to delivery within a reasonable time.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. See our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
